A-Dream Foundation was created to provide access to safe-space and workforce opportunities to transitional and “at –risk” individuals within the City of Los Angeles; programming focusing around empowering one’s quality of life.
Our understanding of the current socio-economic markets is that. and current market professionals, are looking for employees that are already skilled and/or knowledgeable – those with experience. Through this program participants will be able to visualize opportunity and how it related to them while applying related skillsets in professional settings; through identifying personal strong points and relating them to various positions in the workforce and social pyramid. In the process they will build both life and professional skills.
